Payment
WD Designs, LLC accepts Visa and
Mastercard payments for goods and services. Cashier checks are also
accepted via mail, but orders will not be filled until checks are cleared.
Please contact us directly for non-shopping cart orders.
Privacy & Security
WD Designs, LLC
does not share information collected through this Web site and keeps all
transactions confidential. All information collected is used solely for
the purpose of order fulfillment.
Exchange and Refund Policy
All returns are
to be made within 30 days of original receipt proof-of-purchase, provided the
item is being returned in new condition. The item returned needs to
be accompanied with receipt and returned undamaged in original packing.
If an item is being returned in exchange for an item of greater value, the
retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.
All returns
need a Return Authorization number to be accepted. Please call
703-408-6772 for a Return Authorization number and shipping address.
A credit will be made to your account for the item purchase price minus a
$15.00 return fee. Additionally, shipping charges will not be credited.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for all returns/exchanges.
Warranty and Repairs
Within 90 days of
purchase, an item may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's
defect with accompanying receipt. A returned piece will be repaired or
replaced. If a replacement item is not available, the Customer may choose
another item of equal or lesser value. If an item is being returned in
exchange for an item of greater value, the retail difference and applicable
sales tax are required. Additional shipping charges will not be incurred.
Please note, slight irregularities and variations in silversmith work and
or in stone colors and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and
individual hand craftsmanship of the product and should not be considered a
defect.
All other repairs outside of the warranty period, or not due
to faulty workmanship or materials, will be fixed at the standard re-stringing
fees. If components have been lost and require replacement, a quote will
be provided prior to replacement. Shipping will be at the expense of the
customer.
Resizing & Re-stringing
Fees
A minimal resizing fee of $15.00 per strand is incurred
when bracelets or necklaces need to be restrung due to incorrect sizing or
repair outside of the warranty period. These costs cover time and
materials for the change or repair.
Before ordering an item, please
be sure to look at our sizing guide so that
you don't have to incur this additional expense.
Shipping requirements for repairs and
resizing
Any item being shipped back to WD Designs, LLC for
repairs or resizing should be sent back in original packing materials or
protective bubble wrap packaging and include a copy of the invoice and letter
specifying the needed repairs. Before shipping, call WD Designs, LLC at
703-408-6772 for an Authorization Number and shipping address. Shipping will be
at the expense of the customer.
