| Capital Hospice, a locally-based
nonprofit organization, provides expert end-of-life care to more people in the
national capital region than any other hospice. Since 1977, compassionate
and specially trained staff have brought pain and symptom management as well as
emotional and spiritual support to people with any serious, progressive illness
and their families in homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals and nursing
homes throughout Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas, Washington D.C.
and Prince George’s County, Maryland. No one medically eligible for
hospice services is turned away because they lack insurance and cannot pay for
their care.
WD Designs is partnering with Capital Hospice to raise awareness and
funding through our Awareness Jewelry Collection. A portion of our collection
is shown below in the colors of burgundy and sapphire and clear, but any of our
jewelry collection can have Capital Hospice as the requested organization to
receive your donation. Choose them as your supported organization during
